[Photos] Seoul Summer Trip 7D/6D Report 2013

This time i will share my guiding experience . Picture above is me and Joewono Family from jakarta. It was taken in front of Deoksugung Palace after Changing Guard Ceremony finished.

DAY 1 AIRPORT - HOTEL - SUNDAEGUK

They were scheduled to arrived Incheon International Airport at 15:45.
Finally I met Niwan's Family at around 17:00.
Then I take them to take Airport Limousine Bus to the Hotel.
They stayed at New Kukje Hotel which located in Jongno.
Bus Fee is KRW 15,000/person, took around 90 minutes to the Koreana Hotel Stop.

After Pick up, I took them to have Sundaeguk dinner nearby hotel.
Then i took them back to hotel, to take a rest and prepare for tomorrow tour.

DAY 2 - NAMI ISLAND - INSADONG - SAMGYUPSAL

We went Nami Island with subway and then taxi for a short distance (not more than 3000won fare). It took around 2 hours to get there.
We just look around there and take many pictures.

Then we went to Insadong to have dinner there. I took them to Cha Iyagi (means Tea Story) Restaurant to eat Samgyupsal.
I am sorry I did not take picture there so I search on google and combine picture about the restaurant.

picture information: 1. Set menu with side dishes. the meat on the grills is not samgyupsal but it is beef, so i put picture no. 2 whic is not sliced samgyupsal picture (but it is not cha iyagi's one). And picture no. 3 is this restaurant speciality which is daenamubab which mean rice in the bamboo.

and then we went back to Hotel again to have rest. 

DAY 3 - Deoksugung - Namdaemun - Namsangol Hanok Village - Myeongdong (Dakgalbi)

In the morning, we headed to Deoksu Palace (Deoksugung) to watch changing guad ceremony. Fortunately, one organization of Korea ask us to  help them hit the big drum. You can see the video below. :)

After watching that, we headed to Namdaemun  to buy stuffs and have lunch.
In Namdaemun they bought Ginseng products, korean bath buffer, and others. But we dont spent too much time here. Ps: Namdaemun's food speciality is Kalchi jjigae/jorim, and one of my favourite also galbi tang.
I forgot to take picture, picture above is building nearest to subway exit and namdaemun market.

Here is Namsangol Hanok Village, we just looked around then take picture and went to Myeongdong to have Dinner

We ate Dalkgalbi in Myeongdong. Dalkgalbi is one of specialty food of Chuncheon Citu, Gangwon Province. It is very spicy, but we can order not too spicy one. and, its very yummy~~

DAY 4 - Namsan tower - Dongdaemun - Dak HanMari

This day, we started the day a little bit late. It because of rain, and everybody was tired. It is around 3PM we arrived at namsan tower (Seoul N tower),  and then we have a walk in Namsan Park.

Then we moved to Dongdaemun, especially Doota (Doosan Tower) shopping mall. And we have dinner in Dongdaemun market, Dak HanMari which is one of speciality there.

DAY 5 - Lotte world - Technomart - Koonkuk University area

Kids of course want to go Amusemment park. so we went to Lotte World which is the most famous theme park in Seoul. But the father and mother thinks they dont want to go also they want to looking for korean rice cooker and air fryer, so we went to Gangbyeon Technomart while the kids play.

Gangbyeon Technomart located not far from Lotteworld, and in basement also located E-mart, one of biggest supermarket in Korea. We enjoyed time also in E-Mart and bought some snack to eat.

1. Korean rice cooker which is not commonly use in Indonesia
 2. Air Fryer, we don't need to use oil to fry, very Healthy!!

After we picked up children in Lotte World, we went to Koonkuk University area. Many food store there, so we decided to eat Budae JJigae there.

And nearby there there is also market, we visit the market and buy some food, snack, bread, and fruit.

DAY 6 & 7 - Free Time, back to Jakarta

On 6th day, my husband asked me to have dinner together with his coworker and boss, so i cannot guide them. But i gave explanation about go to Namdaemun and Myeongdong to finish their shopping while kids take a rest in Hotel;.

On 7th day, their flight is on 9.30 in the morning, and need to depart very early so i cannot take them to the airport, but i gave them also explanation and on day 5th I already showed them nearest airport bus stop from  the hotel, so they can go theirself.
